Don't try the cheesecake, it seemed old or something, with a plastic taste or texture. Beers: E.S.B. was thin bodied, light taste, but had a smooth good head. Irish Red Ale was very good, full flavored, perfect body.

This place has the feel of a neighborhood bar and seemed to be populated by regulars...not a bad thing. I really enjoyed both the IPA and the amber ale. The food was good, as was the service, but the atmosphere is nothing special.

Smallish brewpub in business district. Great friendly service during the week. Transforms into retro loud live music and dancing on weekends which you'll be right on top of. So choose days carefully. Beers range from weak stereotypical fare to one or two decent selections of a porter and IPA. I had a nice buffalo burger and pizza the next time. Remember, no smoking in California. Awesome.

Much has changed since my last review. They have expanded their beer selection and monthly specialty brew. Most of their standard beers have won gold or silver awards. My favorate is the IPA which is excellent. A hop heads delight. If you are in the area, it is worth a try. You won't be disapointed!

Good selection of beers on tap, the Red was very smooth and the IPA was great. The Stout and Porter were very nice, each very distinctive tasting. Live music on weekends and quite a nice group behind the bar.
